warranty
our work and your satisfaction.
Most of our services are
warranty
for a period of 30 days after the service is
performed with the exception of our Virus/Spyware and Malware Removal service.
If you have a problem related to the performed service, please call immediatly
and we will work to remedy your problem quickly and at no additional cost to
you. V V Computer Service is not responsible for issues caused by power surge,
viruses and malware, software removal and upgrades, physical relocation of
hardware, changed settings or internet connection. |

What area do you service?? |

We service
Katy, Fulshear, Brookshire, Sealy, Richmond, Rosenberg, Sugar Land, Wallis and
Houston. |

Is there a trip charge? |
|
|
There is no trip charge for customers located in our primary coverage area. For
customers located outside of our primary coverage area, there is a small $35
non-refundable trip charge.

Do you charge to diagnose my computer? |
|
|
Yes, however, diagnostic fee will be waived if we service your computer.

Where can I drop off my computer? |
|
|
We are mobile service provider. We do not have physical location. Our field IT
engineers work from home office. This allows us to provide the premium support
services you deserve without the added markup of maintaining unnecessary shops
or call centers. We offer pick-up and drop-off service at no additional charge
for customers in our primary service area. |

Do you offer discounts? |
|

Absolutly!
We offer two types of discount program.
- Multiple Service Discount: If we are on-site performing another service such as
a PC Tune-Up, we can perform hardware setup, software installation or printer
setup at up to 40% discounted rate.
- Referral Discount: Every friend or family member you refer to VV Computer
Service, you will receive 10% discount
on labor on your next service call.
- Military and Senior Citizens Discount: We give a 10% discount on labor to military personnel and our senior citizens 60
years and older.

What is turn around time for pick-up and drop-off service?
|
|
|
In most case, our turn around time is 24 business hours. For virus and
malware removal, it is best to use our pick-up and drop-off service to avoid
hourly charge. |

Do you offer free technical support on recommended software? |
|
|
V V Computer Service makes no direct or indirect guarantee on the accuracy and
compatibility of any recommended software(s). Using these software(s) or any
other antivirus/antispyware application does NOT guarantee you will not get
viruses, malware and/or spyware. We do not offer free technical support on any
recommended software(s). |
