V V computer Service is a local full service computer repair company.
We offer following pricing model.
In shop/Pick-up and drop-off service (flat fee):
- Our flat-rate service is our most popular service. It covers most repairs
that are not virus and spyware removal. We offer a flat rate in-shop repair
service with available after hours in-home/business service in the Katy and
Houston area. V V Computer Service also offers pick up and drop off service for a low
price. Please note that this service does not include tear down or setting back
up your computer, but we do offer that option upon request. We provide fast, effective, and friendly service that is unrivaled
anywhere in West Houston Area, and we have hundreds of repeat customers as a

On-site at home/business service (hourly charge):
- Sometimes problems can only be repaired in your home or business. If, upon
arrival, we discover that your repair could take more than a few hours, we will
give you the option to have our engineer bring your computer back to our
location for our normal flat-rate repair fee, rather than charge the hourly rate
of a normal onsite service. Call us now to schedule an appointment!
Services we offer
A NON-REFUNDABLE $79.00 diagnostic fee applies to the following:
- We diagnose the computer and no repair is made due to
- You choose not to proceed with the repair and/or
- We are unable to duplicate your issue
- We will not proceed with any repair without your approval. After we diagnose the
problem, we will contact you and advise what service options are available. If
you accept a service option and we proceed with the repair, the $79.00
diagnostic fee will be applied to the first hour of labor.
On-site services are billed at one hour minimum and in 15 minute
increments after the first hour.
In-shop services are flat rate per device unless indicated otherwise.
