Warranty

V V Computer Service warrants repairs for 30 days following the return of the computer to the client. If a failure occurs during the warranty period, service for the original problem will be provided free of charge. The 30 days warranty applies to labor only. V V Computer Service warrants all supplied hardware for 30 days from date of purchase or installation unless specified otherwise; thereafter manufacturer warranties apply.

The warranty will be voided if any of the following conditions apply and will become billable (this also includes software issues, spyware and viruses):

• If a liquid spill or any physical damage is found
• The computer has no antivirus protection
• Damaged caused by environmental conditions such as dust or debris, lightning or fluctuation of electrical power
• The computer is used to download files using peer to peer applications (e.g. Limewire)
• Damaged caused by customer misuse of the equipment
• The computer is used to access inappropriate or adult content
• Damaged caused by accident, transport, neglect or abuse
• Repairs attempted by 3rd party
• Use of equipment in a manner for which it was not intended or designed, and failure to follow manufacturer's recommendations regarding use of equipment
• Installations of upgrades or revisions repairs caused by software problems
